The hotel offered easy access to Venice with a bus stop right outside. The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring practical storage and comfortable bedding.

The location near public transport was a major plus, making it easy to visit Venice with kids. The breakfast was decent with a good variety, especially the waffles. However, the room felt cramped with limited storage, and the bathroom cleanliness was concerning. Drunken noise from outside disrupted sleep during the night, which diminished the overall experience.

The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with very clean and well-kept public areas, making it easy for seniors to navigate comfortably. The staff were also quite friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience.

More seating in the breakfast area would help.

The hotel has a fantastic location right by the bus station, which makes getting to Venice super easy. I loved having a balcony to enjoy the city views, even if the room size was a bit cramped.
